Refund policy

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Upon receipt of your package, open it immediately. If there are any damages or missing products, Please report them to us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  

We will accept returns within 3 business days of your receipt of shipment (Shipping charges not included). All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  All returned products must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@naturestreasures.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Cancellations:  All order cancellations will be charged a fee of 10% as a restocking fee per order regardless of the order status.
